In our sake tasting event, it refers to a style where our sake sommelier selects the sake menu for our guests, allowing for a personalized and unique sake tasting experience. Essentially, our guests trust the sommelier's expertise and creativity to curate a tasting based on flavour profile, seasonal, cuisine etc.

One of the very few breweries in Japan producing large quantities of sake using the high-temperature Yamahai-moto method. At the Kijoshu level, it showcases a rich sweetness and a texture reminiscent of plum wine or mead. Its distinctive body makes it hard to believe it is sake. 幾乎為日本唯一以高溫山廢酛方法大量釀酒的酒廠。貴釀酒級別,展現出濃厚的甜味及類似梅酒或蜂蜜酒的質感,特別的酒體讓人有超出清酒的感覺。
