The southernmost umeshu in Japan, made by soaking premium Kishu plums in Awamori and adding Okinawan brown sugar. It has a rich body and an intense aroma, with the natural tartness of Kishu plums standing out over the sweetness.
Best enjoyed on the rocks, with soda water, or as a cocktail base.
日本最南的梅酒,使用上等紀州梅浸泡在泡盛內,加入沖繩特產黑糖而成。酒體厚實,香氣濃郁,紀州梅的天然酸味比甜味突出,加冰塊或加梳打水飲用皆宜。
