Made with Gohyakumangoku Junmai sake as a base, brewed together with tomato and basil to evoke the flavour of a Margherita pizza. The sake yeast, combined with tomato and basil, creates a sensation reminiscent of red wine or brandy. 以五百万石的純米酒作為基礎,加入蕃茄及羅勒葉一起釀製出類似Margherita 薄餅的味道。清酒酵母配合蕃茄及羅勒葉,營造出紅酒或白蘭地的感覺。
