In our sake tasting event, it refers to a style where our sake sommelier selects the sake menu for our guests, allowing for a personalized and unique sake tasting experience. Essentially, our guests trust the sommelier's expertise and creativity to curate a tasting based on flavour profile, seasonal, cuisine etc.

Naming derived from a horse owned by relatives of the brewery owner. Sakanishiki rice and Kyokai No.901 yeast is used. Mild ginjo aroma with sourness similar to grape wine, easy to drink. 以藏主姻親所有,奪得七個大賽冠軍的駿馬而得來的名字。使用佐香錦米及協會901號酵母,帶出柔和的吟釀香及類似葡萄酒的酸味,容易入口。
