In our sake tasting event, it refers to a style where our sake sommelier selects the sake menu for our guests, allowing for a personalized and unique sake tasting experience. Essentially, our guests trust the sommelier's expertise and creativity to curate a tasting based on flavour profile, seasonal, cuisine etc.

Naming derived from a horse owned by relatives of the brewery owner. Yamadanishiki rice and Kyokai No.901 yeast is used. Soild melon like ginjo aroma and umami, long end with spicy taste (karakuchi). 以藏主姻親所有,奪得七個大賽冠軍的駿馬而得來的名字。「一番人気」意指「大熱門」使用山田錦米及協會901號酵母,帶出實在的蜜瓜吟釀香及旨味,收尾頗長及帶微微辛口。
