Named after the prize-winning racehorse owned by the brewery owner’s in-laws, which has won seven major championships. With a light body, it retains the rice’s umami and sweetness, while the bubbles soften the sake’s sharp alcoholic bitterness — though it can still be sensed after the effervescent acidity fades. This design makes the sake easier to drink, with the alcohol content intentionally reduced. 以藏主姻親所有，奪得七個大賽冠軍的駿馬而得來的名字。輕快的酒身，米質的旨味(umami) 與甜味得以保留的同時，氣泡把清酒最刺激性的酒精苦澀味中和了，但仍然能夠在氣泡酸味過後感受到。是為了讓清酒更容易入口的安排。酒精度刻意地降低了。
